Contemporary/Modern Class

This ongoing class consists of a blend of somatic practices and modern dance techniques. Melissa leads a warm-up to prepare the body and mind for a fun and dynamic choreographed phrase during which participants may explore momentum, self expression, performance quality, and improvisation. Class is intended for intermediate/advanced level dancers, though movers of all experience levels are welcome.
